Created by artist Shawnie Fortune, Johnny Scorchin' produces a variety of vibrant, elegant, and even emotional pieces in a variety of product types, and as of 2023 has started to explore risograph printing as a main medium.
A risograph printer is a type of photocopier from the 1980s. The process is often described as 'digital screen printing' since the risograph uses single colors to print from a master stencil. It's known for vibrant ink colors, rich texture, and unique misregistrations.
